The film presents an army training and private preparations of five soldiers for their departure for a mission in Afghanistan, their stay in Ghazni, everyday patrols and the first months when after returning to the country they are trying to lead a normal life. Two out of five of the film’s heroes used to serve in Chad before, and for three of them this is the first foreign mission. Among those people there is a girl, the fiancée of one of the heroes. In an unknown country they will have to deal with extreme emotions, home-sickness, and the burden of responsibility.
