Original documentary by Jacek Petrycki, consisting of a choice of unique recordings accumulated in the years 1982-1987 by an informal group whose members included, apart from the author, Bohdan Kosiński and Marcel Łoziński. Recordings from VHS tapes, film cameras, amateur cameras, sounds registered using any possible means – put together they become a portrayal of the “other Poland,” living her life in opposition to the official state during the time of marital law.

Jacek Petrycki (1948)
Polish cameraman, also works as director and scriptwriter. Graduated from cinematography at the Film School in Łódź (1970). Worked on over 100 documentaries and about 20 feature films, as well as many theatre plays for television. Cameraman in films by Krzysztof Kieślowski, Agnieszka Holland, Laco Adamik, Marcel Łoziński. Worked also with the British Channel 4 and BBC.
