Feature length, partly animated documentary depicting real events that occurred in Poland. On July 11th, 2007 in a shop a wallet, full of credit cards, is stolen from a judge. The thief is described as a dark-haired, swarthy man. The police are in haste to satisfy the judge and arrest as soon as possible the alleged culprit: Claudiu Crulic, aged 33, Romanian citizen. Claudiu Crulic claims that at the time of the theft he was in Milan. Detained, he attempts to contact Romanian authorities. Failing this, he declares going on a hunger strike. Claudiu Crulic dies in Polish detention house after four months of hunger strike, and a few hours after Polish prison authorities allowed releasing him to transport him to hospital. At that point, neither doctors, nor prison guards nor even Romanian diplomats ever acknowledged his testimony or verified whether he actually had been abroad at the time.
