It is hard not to start wondering who Fiona (Fiona Gordon) really is – a magical creature with a supernatural power, or an ill person who somehow got out of a madhouse? – when she runs into Dom (Dominique Abel), doorman at the Le Havre hotel, she introduces herself as a fairy ready to use her magical powers to make his three wishes come true. What is more interesting, the man does not seem to be surprised with this offer at all. When the fairy disappears, the infatuated doorman sets out to find her.
Waiting for one wish after another to be uttered and fulfilled is what builds the plot of this charming comedy as much as the study of the relationship between the two characters. It is all visible through the famous duo’s specific way of acting, they express themselves mainly through graceful choreographies inspired by pantomime and theatre of dance.
Fiona Gordon (1957), Dominique Abel (1957)

They have also started a producing company together, “Courage, mon amour,” where they create original theatre performances and films referring to pre-war comedy and burlesque, and the manner of acting typical of silent movie actors such as Charlie Chaplin, Max Linder.
